My name is GUS Augusto Kennedy, and for the past 28 years, my life’s mission has been simple: to uplift, inspire, and empower young people to reach their highest potential.  

I’ve seen firsthand how encouragement, mentorship, and opportunity can transform lives. Whether through education, athletics, or simply being a listening ear, I’ve made it my purpose to ensure that no young person is left without guidance. Too often, talent goes untapped because resources are scarce and that’s why GUS Growth, Unity & Success was born.  

Why This Work Matters:
Growing up, I understood the power of community support. Someone believed in me, and that changed everything. Now, I strive to pay it forward, because every young person deserves that same opportunity.
