Founded in 2025, GUS Growth, Unity & Success was established to uplift underserved youth and communities throughout New York City by providing the support, resources, and opportunities needed to thrive. Guided by the belief that every person deserves a fair chance at success, our mission is to foster personal growth, strengthen community bonds, and create lasting pathways to empowerment.
Through our core programs—clothing assistance, academic support, athletic development, and vocational training—we address both immediate needs and long-term goals. Whether it’s helping a student build confidence through mentorship, connecting youth with sports and structure, or preparing individuals for meaningful employment, we are committed to bridging the gaps that hold communities back.
